"Something
stirs nearby in the brittle early morning grass, interrupting the
breakfast
of a young
impala. He stands at attention attempting to assess the level of risk,
trying to decide whether to feed again or to flee. The African sun
dances on the tight muscles of his petite frame causing him to almost
glow. The agony of indecision is upon him. To be ever watchful is the
way of life for him, here in the African bush." |
